It’s always a pleasure to see spring lambs coming though our butchery doors.
We select our lamb from farms across the country, this is mainly due to the differing climates from West Devon to Scotland. As the weather has finally started to warm, we have taken delivery of our first batch of lambs from Mac Duffs in Lanarkshire Scotland.
Only the finest lambs are selected by Rory Duff himself and sent to Farmers Choice. Rory has years of experience when it comes to hand picking the finest lambs that produces the sweetest meat, skills which were passed down from his father and grandfather before.
