Today it’s time for the free range pigs to arrive from our farm in Dorset.
No sooner than when they arrive Daniel Sawyer who won “Meat Apprentice Of The Year 2011” starts work on reducing the pigs in to manageable sizes ie shoulders, loins and legs, from these three main cuts the our highly skilled butchers can produces a wide range of cuts for our customers.
